She has worked on the Original Unscripted and Documentaries team at Hulu, as a Digital Production Coordinator at PBS's American Documentary POV series, as an Associate Producer with Soledad O'Brien Productions and in Development at Actual Films. She has worked with Jigsaw Productions, Story Syndicate, The Academy Awards, Netflix, The Rachael Ray show, and on NBC/ABC morning shows. She has also programmed for Big Sky Documentary Festival.

Outside of filmmaking, her Thesis on Radical Mothering and Reimagining The Immaculata through the lens of Afro and Folk Catholicism is published at the Jane Bancroft Cook Library, request access here. Her Installation work has been shown at The Ringling Museum and The Sarasota Art Center.

She holds her Masters in Film and Television Directing and Production from MET Film School London and her B.A. in Religion and Philosophy with concentrations in Russian Literature and Language, Sociology, and Performative Art from the New College of Florida. She has also completed Master's level work in Religious Literacy at Harvard.

She will serve as a Juror for the 42nd and 43rd News and Documentary Emmy Awards, and is a proud member of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists (NAHJ), Asian American Documentary Network (A-DOC), Brown Girls Doc Mafia (BGDM), Asian American Journalist Association (AAJA),Programmers of Color Collective (POC2), and The National Association of Latino Producers (NALIP).
